Granular additive raises spa water alkalinity helping maintain pH levels.

Applications:
To Increase Total Alkalinity:
Determine the level of total alkalinity. If the value is below 75 ppm, add sufficient ALKALINITY UP directly to the water - to increase the total alkalinity value to at least 75 ppm.
2-1/2 tbs. will provide approximately 10 ppm increase in total alkalinity for 500 gallons of water.
Wait several hours for ALKALINITY UP to distribute uniformly before rechecking total alkalinity level. Repeat as necessary.
