The spa cover's full weight rests on special T brackets


The T brackets are attached to the cover lifter with strong UV resistant nylon webbing
In the open position the cover is supported with no stress on it's hinge.

The entire weight of the cover is supported by the Cover Saver's T brackets, which are attached to the cover lifter.
