This could be the last spa cover you ever buy! This aluminum cover is a true safety cover, as it is UL listed, meeting the ASTM safety standards for a manual lift spa cover. Gnawing dogs, active children, blazing sun or heavy snows, these covers stand up to the worst abuse.

This deluxe aluminum cover is a full 1 3/4" thick with an insulating value of R14. The inner foam core is an "expanded polystyrene" that is triple sealed to prevent any possibility of water absorption. The outer aluminum covering is 0.02" thick and comes in your choice of eight different designer colors. The bottom is covered with a thick fiberglass sheet for added strength and resistance to any damage from chemicals. A rubber gasket around the edge assures a positive seal to your spa for maximum heat efficiency.

There are lots of shapes and options. Find your shape below and choose the options you want. Please note that these covers are made to your specification and measurements, we can not be responsible for mismeasured covers.

In order to assure a proper fitting cover please, carefully measure your spa and fill in the following form. All measurements must be in inches. Please note; these covers are made to YOUR specifications, and we cannot take responsibility for mismeasurements!

 

Step 1. From the picture below choose the shape of your cover.

Step 2. From the picture above, fill in the direction of the hinge of the cover. For example, if the hinge runs parallel to measurement A, type in "A".

Step 3. Fill in the measurements in inches that correspond to that shape. If a particular measurement is not in your cover's shape, please leave it blank. Covers with measurements of 96" or less are $995.95 including delivery. If over 96", please call for pricing.

Please note in the picture above that the cover needs to be slightly smaller than the overall size of the spa for the sealing gasket to have a positive seal on the spa.

Step 4. These covers come standard with slightly rounded corners. If your spa has rounded corners, please fill in the dimension of the radius in inches as pictured, below. If the corners of your cover are square, please leave this blank.

Step 5. The perimeter trim is available in your choice of two colors.
