In order to determine the correct owners manual for your spa there is some specific information we'll need you to provide. Please fill in the following form so that we may assist you. Additionally, due to the time involved with spa identification, archival and retrieval, we've been forced to ask $9.95 for our owners manual retrieval service. We do guarantee that we will provide the correct spa owners manual for this cost.

The more information you can provide, the more likely we'll be able to find the correct owners manual. Any information printed on the spa side control panel or labels/tags on the top or side of the control box underneath the spa will help.

Please Note, submission of this form is SOLELY for requesting the purchase of an owners manual.

In many instances it's helpful to have a clear picture of the Spa Side Control Panel (this is the panel on the top of the spa with the knobs and buttons you turn/push to control it's operations). It may also be helpful to have a picture of the equipment and control box underneath the spa (the control box is what all the equipment and spa side panel is electrically wired into). If you have these available, please attach them below *.

* IMPORTANT info regarding pictures - There's a limit to the size of each picture that can be uploaded...5 megabites , 5megs , 5000 KB. You may need to reduce the size of your image to upload it. HOWEVER, KEEP IN MIND, if you make it too small, we wont be able to see it! Also, IF IT'S BLURY AND YOU CAN'T READ THE TEXT NEITHER CAN WE (such a picture is worthless to us). PLEASE don't over reduce your pictures! 2 to 4 megs is ideal.

 

If we have the correct owners manual, we'll contact you back to let you know, then follow up with a Paypal invoice for $9.95. Simply follow the instruction in the email sent from paypal, and we'll then get the manual to you as a PDF file. Not to worry if you don't have a paypal account, it's not necessary.
