After 18 months of owning a Polar Spa model 715 we have traded it in for a Beachcomber. The tub has not worked for the last five months and any attempts with getting service has been met total frustration. Repair men do not show up for scheduled appointments and when they do show up they seem to only get the tub working for a day or two. It would not be a stretch to say the tub has worked for less than six months of the 18 months we have owned it. Polar Spas does not stand behind their products and their service people seem incable of providing service or fixing problems. Upon removal of the tub we found extensive deck damage due to a leak in the tub. We told the service people on numerous occassions that we thought the tub was leaking but they always said they could find no leaks. Beachcombers will provide us with a list of items wrong with the tub when they take it apart and this will be used in court as we try to recoup our losses. I see many of the other reviews listed state the same story as far as quality and more importantly service. I would tell EVERYONE not to buy a Polar Spa!!!!!!!
