Bought the Lifespring LS6700 spa back in April 2004. I still have it today as of 8/16/06. When I bought it with my fiance now wife we wanted something somewhat inexpensive yet durable, efficient enough for 4-6 people and not be over kill with 5 million jets like some companies have. So the LS 6700 model fit us perfect 18 jets and big enough for 4 comfortably.
One thing I did when I bought it was upgrade the pump to a 5hp 2-speed pump trust me you'll want to do this. When I turn my jets on high I really want it to give me a massage, plus everyone else in the spa can adjust their jets just by turn them all the way and eventually turn them off, so it works out good.
Don't buy the LED light they want to sell you for $200+ because you can get the same LED Light on Ebay for about $40 if that.
Overall my wife and I are very happy with the construction of the spa. We have had ZERO problems and we continue to enjoy it everyday. We just moved it to a new house that we bought, cleaned it up and filled it and we are now enjoying it again after it was empty for 10+/- months. It's like people say.....If you take care of it, it will take care of you. So we haven't had any problems.
Go give them a try, I recommend shopping around FIRST because they give you a smoking deal only the first time you visit them, after that the price goes up. So look around and compare so when you see them, you know what your buying and don't be afraid to bring brochures from other companies with the prices written on them as well as what they are made of (Acrylic etc..). Oh ya and don't be afraid to bring your swim trunks!!!! You can actually try the spa out there!!!
Hope this helps!
