One year ago we bought a spa (Monaco) from the Morgan Spas up on I-45 North in Houston. The first 9 months with our spa went well. But the last month has been a disaster. The spa has developed leaks, twice now the water has drained completely just in a few hours. Justin, their local service guy, came out once (two weeks after the problem was reported). The same problem occured again, and we have yet to see the service guy come out. We have had several calls with the manager at the store we bought it from. We have been called by the service guy this time, took off work to meet him, only to have him call and cancel at the last minute.
We are out all of the chemicals that it takes to restart the spa each time it dumps all this water. We are out the cost of 1200 gallons of water. We are losing money every time we take off work to meet the service guy.
My recommendation would be to buy another brand than dealing with Morgan Spa. The service department is the worst I have ever seen. We have literally lost $500.00 or more simply because of the service department, and lack of a quality product.
