So, I am updating my review of dimension one spas. The spa was great for a while. 6 months before the warranty ran out, the top side control went. Covered under warranty and replaced. 8 months later, top side control went again. I paid 400 for the part and 100 for the service call. Then about 6 months later, the top side control went again. After a lot of bitching to the dealer and to dimension one, I was able to get another control for 100 plus 100 for the service call. Now just over 1 year later, the top side controller is again shot and now the tub isn't heating. During my complaints to the manufacturer, one of the techs I spoke to told me that they had a lot of trouble with the top side control. So now I have a 14,000 tub of water in my yard.

I was happy with the tub, but they don't last past the warranty!!!!
