We have owned this spa for over 3 years now and have really enjoyed it.
Ours includes the LED lighting package, 60 jets and dual 7.5hp pumps along with a 1kw and 4kw heater.
This is an excellent unit also includes a large waterfall and volcano jet, but it was a pricey purchase. It was basically fully loaded except no stereo or TV (we didn't want them).
We had an issue with a noisey pump when it was first installed, our dealer changed it out right away and solved the problem.
We just had an issue, 3yrs in with the control panel not functioning, it took the temp up to 104F and wouldn't allow me do lower it. We were just leaving on a 3 week vacation and didn't want it to stay at 104, called our dealer who came out the first of the week after we left. Turned out to just be a loose connection and they set the temp back to 80F for us.
The only other thing I'm not fond of, is likely common to a lot of tubs. The gravity floor drain takes quite a while to drain the tube, so I bought a cheap submersible pump, so I could drain it in under 30 minutes. Probably just me being a little impatient more than anything.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Radiance Spa from Coast Spas if its in your price range.
