I have a Master Spa that is fine, except the pillows fell apart in 2 years, the TV screen film started coming off in 2 years, the pop up TV screen and speakers get stuck all the time, the water control valves are discoloring after 3 years, the removable jets get bound in place and sometimes break when forcing them out, but thank God, the pumps and all the good stuff are working well.

HOWEVER, you can not find a good service dealer anywhere and the company that sold my spa didn't fix warranty items until after warranty went out and then he just went out of business........geez, I wonder why, ha. Trying to contact the manufacture for help is worthless.

To do over again????? I think I'd find a different spa manufacturer that has a good sales and historical service record. Master Spa left me with unresolved warranty issues and no way to resolve it. Their contract service companies in my area (Frisco Texas) are a Master Joke to to along with their Master Spa.
