My wife and I purchased a Columbia Milan spa for the vacation rental home we own. The tub was satisfactory except that the heating/filtration cycles required the jets run for 8-10 minutes EVERY HOUR. The tub was installed on a low deck about 5 feet from a bedroom sliding glass door. The noise generated by the constant on/off of the jets was extremely annoying and made it virtually impossible to sleep in the bedroom. Other than suggesting that I place a thick rubber mat under the tub, Columbia's customer service representative was not helpful. Perhaps I should have asked if the hot tub would keep me awake at night before I bought the spa. In any case, the dealer was willing to take the spa back and refund my money.
