Morgan Spas has the worse customer service I have ever seen. We have only had our hot tub about a year and it has been down more than it has worked. Any time you call them with repairs it takes at least 2-3 months to get someone to come out. Not to mention the people in the Fort Worth, TX office are so rude when you call them. I have been hung up on by there manager, several times, and when I call the Dallas office to complain they weren't much better. If you are looking at Spas I would definitely not go with Morgan because as soon as they got my money I didn't matter anymore. It took over 4 months after I paid cash for one for them to even set up a time to install it. I wish I had read all the comments before I bought one from them.
