Re: Diamante Spas
In Response To: Re: Diamante Spas ()

I have a Diamante Xtapa (US Tooling) spa that I bought new back in 2004 or so. I have bought two other spas since. The Diamante over time has proven to be the most reliable and easiest to keep running and repair. I bought a fancy (and much more expensive) one from Dimension One that has been nothing but trouble (insurance had to replace it because it died and froze and I've had to replace control boards and panels half a dozen times) and a "cheaper" one that I had to basically throw away after 3 years because repairs exceeded value.

I have had to put $1000 or so into the Diamante over the past 8 years, but you'll have to do that with any of them. Motors, pumps and such just naturally go bad.

I would not hesitate to buy another Diamante.

: :

: I would stay away from this troublesome brand of spa
: The people that now own the company are unhelpful and rude.
: They provide no customer is #1 service
: and they sell an inferior product.
: Better to stick with a trusted hot tub brand like Jacuzzi or Hot Springs
