We are having the same problem and I am wondering if it is possible that we bought fromt he same location. Which location did you buy from? I called another location as it seems ours has closed out to be told that that was another company operating under the polar spas name and logo. Apparently there is a law suit and everything. I am trying to find anyone else that has information.
