In Response To: Arctic Spas ()

I have had nothing but problems with my 2003 Yukon Arctic Spa. I should have listened to my first instinct when it came 3 weeks later than scheduled. I've had to replace 3 heaters, 3 light covers even after fiberglass reinforcement and now I am contemplating replacing the computer for the 4th time. It was not a cheap investment but their sales pitch was awesome. Too bad there service sucks!. They will take their time getting back to you on warranty issues, and to avoid you coming into their store they will just send replacement parts to your house. I could have remodeled my entire house and put in a swimming pool and spa for the price I paid for my Arctic spa and it's repairs. Don't bother with them, all they care about is making that sale to you, they don't pride themselves in customer service or quality products after you've purchased it. And If you use your warranty too much, they will double the cost to get an extended warranty.
