I love the tub....when it works! When it does not, good luck getting help from the company!! I have had the tub for one year and the heater has gone out and it has had two leaks. I fixed the second one myself because it was not worth the aggravation and when they did send a tech, all he did was give me attitude and leave a mess. When you are going to purchase a tub make sure you will get service after the sale. You will not find that at Apollo. When the heater went out, it took two weeks of phone calls with no responses from their “customer service” (I use that term very loosely!) It took way too much detective work getting a number for their factory service company. After I finally got it repaired, I sent an email to their corporate offices wanting to know why I am having such bad luck with them, and they still did not have the courtesy to contact me. Stay away from this company!!!
