My husband and I purchased the QCA 3 person spa about a month ago and we were not disappointed. It took about five weeks to arrive(USA to Canada & free delivery) and we have been in it ever since. It took very little time to fill the unit and adjust the chemicals to the correct ratio. We had our spa hard wired by an electrician to enable the unit to heat more quickly. It went from 65 to 100 degrees on the initial set up in only four hours. We had considered a soft tub when we first started looking but we are very glad with our choice of the QCA three person spa. It has more than enough room for us and the three seats in the unit are at different levels to enable you to be completely under the water or partly out of the water. All twelve jets are very easy to adjust. The hard cover that came with the unit is very light weight and easy to remove and place back on the spa.

We had to contact QCA Spa as the trucking company damaged the unit in transport. We received first rate service as they were very quick to respond to our needs and ship the items needed at no charge to us within days. My husband suggested that he do the repairs himself as it only required replacing some slats in the outer cabinet instead of them contacting a service representative in our area and they in turn sent four free gifts with our items as a way of thanking us. QCA Spa not only have top quality spas but also have top quality customer service, It was nice to deal with a company that truly knows what great customer service is.

We would highly recommend QCA spa to anyone who wants a great quality spa for a very reasonable price
