Sadly I could never recommend Arctic Spa products or service in our area at all. We bought an Arctic Spa Summit tub from the Kitchener location and then had a Genysis salt system installed last summer. Right form the first week we have had the tub serviced for no heat calls, pump not working and we have had nothing but problems with the salt water system not functioning and generating enough bromaine and our water is always cloudy. Everytime we take in a water sample the store staff gives us contradicting advise. Which considering how often the staff changes is not surprising. The service is handled centrally out of Burlington Ontario and they are without a doubt the WORST customer service relations experience I have EVER had.....I cannot begin to describe how awful their service is. Right down to their staff handling the phones. We were charged service fees for them to just come out despite "parts & labour" warranty and the service person themselves had less knowledge of this system than we did!! And to add injury to insult we were billed a full cost service because they couldn't find anything wrong. Wow - way to stand behind your products Arctic Spa!! They suggest just throwing in Bromine to top up the reading every couple of days. Kinda of defeats the purpose of putting in a salt water system. At the end of the day I would advise anyone considering a hot tub purchase to run rapidly away from anything of theirs. I sure wish we had of.
