Service with Morgan Spas in Houston sucks. With the original setup, someone was suppose to come out and explain the features after instillation. Six months later he called to see if I still wanted him to come out. Too little too late. This year I had problems with the pump. I call Morgan Spas in January and got a call back in March. Wow, once they get your money they don't want to deal with you. I called a real spa repair company and received same day service.
