I purchased an Artesian Spas Dove Canyon Platinum Elite spa from Vienna Hot Tubs & Patio (703-734-0077) just over a year ago. It looks like the heater pump has gone bad on the hot tub and I am trying to get warranty work done. I have contacted the dealer as well as the manufacturer concerning warranty work. The hot tub has been broken for about 3 months now. They are trying to void the warranty because the hot tub is being stored over at my brothers until I can find a house that will allow the hot tub. I have contacted the BBB with a complaint against Artesian Spas (complaint ID: 90053822) and Artesian Spas will not respond. I have also made contact with the customer care Manager (Alan Kelly alank@artesianspas.com ) and he stopped responding. I just want them to warranty their hot tub. I can’t recommend them because they will not stand behind there own product. Any suggestions on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
