:: We purchase a the Radiance model just over a year ago and love it! I held off posting here until the "honeymoon" period of a new spa was over, in the time we've had it: no problems whatsoever, use it every single day, always running at the set temperature, low maintenance. I have a touch of arthritis and its so soothing to go soak in the morning, the volcano jet is great for lower back and knee massage. Also the sound of the waterfall covers any street noise, lowering the distraction level. We did take the dealer's advice to install a 60amp dedicated breaker - even with both pumps running full blast the water tempurature never drops, unlike other models we wet tested. For us it was a pricey purchase but it's been worth every dollar spent.
