It is a spa....it has soothing hot water and that is all that I can be content with. I have owned a few different brands in the past and this brand leaves much to be desired. The appearance and quality of this tub is lacking. For appearance and features I favored the Jacuzzi tub overall. For solidity and low maintenance I preferred my Baja tub. Leisure Bay also has POOR customer service as compared to the other brands I have had and customer service is important because this tub had many issues!

I have dealt with the same pool and spa company for 15 years and they are always so courteous and helpful. When I stood in their store and watched as they tried desperately to contact Leisure Bay on numerous occasions I was stunned!! The only reason I purchased this brand (despite the fact that I did not care for the appearance) was because I gave away my Baja tub to my grandmother and the pool store I shop at sold this line. I should have shelled out the additional $2000 for a Jacuzzi. I would have had to purchase the tub at a different spa retailer, but I could still shop and schedule service through my usual dealer (they are certified to repair all brands of hot tubs). I would not recommend this line of tubs to any of my family or friends!
