Well folks, after some serious discussions with my local dealer, and a little State of Utah intervention, it was discovered that my pump was defective and overheating. Too bad that Arctic tech support in Canada has rude employees who assume the customer is stupid because I didn't know the "new and improved" way to operate the tub. Silly me, I was following the printed directions furnished with the tub. You would think Arctic in Canada could have emailed the new procedure to it's customers!Tub is now performing as advertised, thanks to Arctic spas in SLC. No help from Arctic in Canada. Scott, you really need help with your customer support.Ehhh.
