I purchased my Arctic hot tub three years ago and ever since the beginning we have had to have service performed on it from leaks, water that didn't stay clean for more than a few weeks, lights not working, pumps failing, etc. Paradise Bay, the company we bought the hot tub (along with a pool table and poker table) were great to deal with. And continue so to this day as we are dealing with issues almost monthly. As far as recommending an Arctic Spa, I'll hold judgement until I see results in efforts to get ours replaced of overhauled. It has been a complete lemon to date and I am addressing this with the manufacturer. I'll keep you updated.
