: It sounds to me that your biggest problem is not so much with the tub but with the dealer. You should complain to Sundance. I bought my Sundance tub used from Premier Hot Tubs in Alpharetta, Ga. It is used almost every day even in summer. James "the hot tub guy" gave me an ample warranty. With the few problems that I have had with the 7 yr old tub, James's guy was at my house within 48 hours and fixed the problem, always with a smile and NO charge for parts, labor or travel. My tub is probably 20 miles from the dealership.
Hope you get your problems fixed.
