I've had my tub for 5 and a half years now. Bought new from Polar Spas, Mississauga Ontario....fly by night operation, location now occupied by Dynasty spa and games room. As Polar, the service was better, but as soon as ownership changed, so did the service. They are so useless that I now completely ignore them. We noticed the service difference because we had issues with this over priced piece of crap since it was purchased and have had to deal with both entities. The folks who think their tub purchased from this manufacturer are perfect are delusional. They are probably OK with jets randomly popping out and electrical problems and leaks or are too rich and stupid to care about having to pay for repair bills and don't even realize that they have been hosed. I tried to contact The Tennessee factory and at first had a very rude and arrogant "service manager" tell me that I was doing everything wrong. There after, I could not reach them at all. I suppose they have one of those phone gadgets that filter out the calls of customers that have legitimate complaints and only allow the ones that praise almighty god that their rheumatism has bee dulled down by the effects of the tub no matter the cost. Fortunately, there are plenty of after market parts suppliers on the web that have discovered that there is a huge segment of the general public out there that have been victimized by this manufacturer and its dealers, that are willing to take measurements and descriptions of jets, fuses electrical connectors, Light modules, stereo parts, fiber optics parts, filters, valves and hardware and provide these neglected and betrayed individuals with reasonable replacements at a fraction of the price!. Did I hear you say that you think that would void your warranty? The warranty that has so faithfully been honored by the manufacturer and it dealers? Believe me, you could do worse. You are on your own now, you have been weened. You have purchased one of the most volatile, systematically abused pieces of "leisure ware" on the planet from one of the least compassionate companies on the planet and from a dealer that is laughing at you while counting the hard earned money that you threw at them. Its time to spread your wings and leave the nest......Stop giving them your money, you have options!
