The spa is great, the dealer sucks!!!!!!!!!!! CutPrice pool and Spas is a joke and so is there sister store Sun n Fun!!!!!!!! The warranty is a joke and they will try to find ways of screwing you royally!!! (i.e. the trip charge) Very expensive to run and a pain in the butt to maintain.
