I have recently purchased a previously owned Dynasty Spa and LOVE it. But what I think is the important story to tell is how great the Dynasty Tech service is! They were more than happy to help me out and took the time to look up the documentation I needed and send it to me. They also spent time to explain how to care for it.
I have to admit that it took some time to get to talk to a person, but when I got through, they were more than willing to spend as much time as I needed to answer any question I had. They even explained to me how easy it will be to maintain in the future in the event that I may require parts.
I would purchase a new Dynasty Spa in a heartbeat! I also told all my neighbors about Dynasty.
