: Problems here also. My Vantage had electrical problems right from the
: state. Board replaced, fuses upsized. Cannot get anyone to work on in
: the dead of winter! Had to do it myself. Now warrant almost over and
: seals are dryrotting like crazy! Warranty will only cover if leaking,
: and only the one that is leaking!

Don't loose more of your time with this company - they make a good spa but when comes time to serve the customer and honor their warranty there a big 0

I won in court but now try to get them to respect the courts decision..... They don't care and I will not spend more $ to get the $ they own me.

Sad story, I have been taken for a ride. Thanks Emerald spas !!!
