wow i thiught it was only me (as they led me to belive) i have replaced almost all the jets "some twice" this co. is a real joke the place that i bought it from F.I.M the first 6mo. was real helpful with my questions then cane issues with the tub and they told me to contact dynasty the same part list came and i orderd 4 med and 2 large jets 2 1/2 mo. later they came and no-doubt they were the wrong ones sent them back on my dime 1 1/2 mo. later i recieved the excact same that i sent back "ARE YOU FRICKING KIDDING"
FINIALLY aprx 1 yr i got the right jets and now i have to order more and anyone who has orderd them KNOW THEY ARE NOT CHEAP
so a word of advice DO NOT BUY DYNASTY also copy and past this when you have to contact them i would love for them to concact me

: Spa purchased at Home Show in Sacramento, CA in 2006. In the past two
: years 18 jet (of the total of 36) have fallen out, due to rot. This

: The manufacturer of the Neptune spa at first suggested I abused it with
: the wrong chemicals, stating that Bromaine was not recommeded, and
: yet it was included in my "start up package" when the spa
: arrived. My first email contacts were very promising that they were
: going to furnish the replacement jets, then somehow a price list was
: sent.
: After I was really ticked off that I was expected to pay over $500.00
: for a poor quality manufactured product.
: I was contacted by phone by a representative and he told me I have an
: isolated problem, but since that conversation I have spoke to another
: spa owner with the same problem.
: I do not recommend purchasing the Neptune spa or any product
: manufactured by its company.
