We decided to get a spa because we spent a week at the beach recently which had a spa. We enjoyed the fact that we could put the young kids to bed and hop into the spa with a glass of wine and relax. We were sold and knew we couldn't live without one especially since our house has very small bathrooms. We wet tested several other brands/models including Artesian, Sundance, Artic, Marquis and Dimension One. It came down to the Sundance Optima and Caldera Niagra. The selling point of the Niagra was the multiple keypads, volcano jet and the superior LED lighting, as well as the half-lounger. The half-lounger is a nice compromise for people who aren't sure whether they need one or if they are short. We've owned the spa for 2 weeks now and have been using it nightly. I highly recommend Caldera brand and especially the Niagra.
