I don't usually take much time to review products. Generally, If I am happy, I don't take the time and if I am not, I take my problems to the company who made the product but in this case I wanted to give kudos to Freeflow for helping me with a hot tub I inherited. Anyway, I bought a place that had a hot tub in it. Come to find out it is a Freeflow Solstice and it was not working. Having no idea where to go for help, I found the user manual to this hot tub and called the company who made it. I was told that the easiest way to get the spa up and running was to call the dealer who sold it to the previous resident. After getting the serial number of the spa and emailing it to Freeflow, it was discovered that the company who sold the spa was no longer in business. The spa was out of warranty but Freeflow found a service tech for me and had them come out and find out why the tub wasn't working. It turned out that the electrical had been wired wrong and once that was corrected, the hot tub works great! Catherine at Freeflow was very friendly and helpful & I can now enjoy my hot tub and it cost me less than $200 to get it up and running.
