Other then the cushions?? Do you have anything else that wet wrong with it? Because a cushion to me is not that big of a deal, they were only like 20 bucks and I only needed 2. I am on my second tub from them as I moved from my last spot. I had my previous one for over 10 years, and I replaced the cushions after a couple of years and thats about it, they are very durable. You paid 11,000 for a 300 model? That is a 3 person tub, I highly doubt you paid that much. My local dealer has them listed at about $7500. We looked at that one, but it was a little small for us. We went with the 575 gold. We paid under 10k. We also got the salt water option, best choice we ever made.
I could not tell you that much about the company of Hydropool because ive never had that much of an issue with my previous tub, I hope I have the same luck with my new one.
