We like the hot tub but after one year the cushions began to fall apart and when we checked with the dealer he said that was how long they last and sold us a whole new set.

I'm not happy with the durability of the hot tub nor about the fact that the manufacturer will not stand behind their product.

We paid $11,129 for the hot tub.
