My husband and I have had a Four Winds Spa model Maui for almost a year now and just LOVE it! Ours is very quiet. It sits outside on the deck right next to our bedroom window and we never hear it. The only issue we have had so far was a jet not pulsating anymore. We called the factory and they directed us to a service company in our area. The guy that came out replaced the jet and never charged us a dime! He told us the factory reimburses them for all warranty work. I have always been skeptical with these blogs...for all you know the last post was a Four Winds competitor! I would recommend this hot tub to anyone looking!
