: Contacted DreamMaker and they were VERY NICE. Said 2000 topsides were
: manufactured incorrectly and they would send the parts and tech out
: to make good on the tub. 3 weeks later a tech showed up. Took him 4
: hours to fix it. Fuse and wire was bad. He installed a new pump since
: that was fried too. My comment was, DreamMaker where dreams turn to
: nightmares overnight.
: The nighmare continues... we live in NJ where the temps get to about 11
: degrees at night. Found that once again the tub wasn't working. Pump
: wouldn't run. Since my husband stayed home from work for the tech to
: fix it the last time, he knew just what to do. Ran out and got a box
: of fuses, but not before the water temp went down to 60 degrees. Now
: it is running, but for how long? I bought the extended warranty and
: am going to need it with this lemon of a tub I'm stuck with.
