I have just replaced my heater relay board for the second time in 5 years. I think this is a manufactures problem, and should be taken care of by Hot Springs. They are using relays on their board that are rated for 10 amps. My heater is pulling 25 amps when running. 25 amps into something that only handles 10 amps is a disaster waiting to happen. I am surprised that there have not been any fires reported to the boards burning up. I did not check the amp load on the new board, but if the relays were not upsized, I know I will be replacing this board again. Obviously the engineer did not catch this and now all of us that own their product will have to pay for it. I am not happy.
