: I have had a Lifespas Spa for three years and have had absolutely no
: problems. It's been a great spa for me.
i got mine less than a year ago , and i have had nothing but problems!! and whats worse is trying to get someone at lifespas to answer the phone!!And when they do answer and ask you a whole bunch of stupid questions for like an hour (the same thing over and over again) then they send out a service tech, you end up getting some kid who spent 3 hours at my house and STILL could not fix it!!(He nicely told me he was new and used to answer the phones for them!!UGH!!) then they tell you, you have no warranty -even though they sold me a 'lifetime' warranty!!and i'm supposed to pay them more money- to this kid- who didn't fix my spa- so he can come back and what?? stay for dinner???(Not to mention- i looked into this to- and the trip fees for them to send this kid out are outrageous!)
by the way- i did not get anything that i paid for in there long drawn out sales pitch- i was getting a top of the line spa - that will never break, etc. and my husband and i were amazed at the quality spa that was delivered. we tried to contact their manufacturer in northern california, only to find out that there IS NO manufacturer up north, it's all part of the bogus sales pitch. i found out what you end up purchasing for WAY TOO much money is the bottom of the line phoneix spa, resold under a different name! trust me - your better off investing in something that has a name brand you have heard of and not something your husband found out of the penny saver or craigs list!!
i can't believe that they do business like this!
