Finding someone to work on a Master Spa is like hitting the lottery. I have called their Main Office in Fort Wayne, IN to find a dealer close to me 5 times each time no return call. I filled out the "Find a Dealer" and it comes back as Indiana State Fair Grounds as the nearest dealer. I will be sending this hot tube to the land fill and buying another brand.
