I must defend the manufacturer of Caldera spas here. Although we no longer represent this brand (which has an excellent service record) Watkins Manufacturing has been nothing short of exemplary in taking care of all customer concerns regarding shell integrity issues--in many cases entirely replacing older hot tubs. I suspect your real issue is having a weak dealer advocate supporting your warranty rights and ultimately customer experience. No business will always get things right but here is a manufacturer that always wants to do the right thing. I recommend bypassing the dealership and seeking a remedy directly from the manufacturer.
