I also bought the new twilight 8 series from master spa at the toronto show. I was told by master spa representing canada that even though i was buying from the show and i lived out of town if i need service not to worry. I'm here to tell you what a crock that is they started off by delierving 3 days late, it came with no stairs got those two weeks later, the stero speakers didn't work. It's been two months now and I still haven't seen any service on my speakers i have called emailed and nothing if you are looking for a tub that works well with good service STAY AWAY FROM MASTER SPA
