What a great machine! I have used this EVERY morning with a hot cup of coffee. I had the motor replaced after about 8 years, and now the thermostat is acting up. I consider the use I have received, and this is a GREAT buy. I also replaced the original lid with a folding lid. I am really tempted to send the pump unit to be repaired, but just how many years do I simply cut my losses and buy another one. And if I do buy another one, it will be a SofTub. It is very comfortable, and I have had 5 adults in the tub. Come on, you know you have to let some water out, but I am sure I could get 6 CLOSE friends in it. My black liner has faded, but the unit has served me well. It is also very economical. I have used it in an enclosed patio room, an outdoor setting, and a covered porch. Did I mention that I have moved several times? Another great reason to buy a SofTub.
