Two missed appointments, wrong price quote, lies from a tech, and not being able to get a written estimate for repairs is not a problem of the company per the Selma TX store manger. I waited for 6 weeks for a part to be ordered and shipped within the state. Took time off from work without the spa tech showing up nor calling. Was quoted $92 for the part then I was told it was $140. Was told the repair to replace a filter housing would take 5 hours and was not given a written estimate. Obtained a new spa tech who's company has a wonderful reputation and the part is ordered within 1 day and was given a quote for 1.5 hours repair time. This is not the first time I had problems; do not deal with this comanpy.
