PIPER GLEN / 2007
This spa is great when it works. For just over one year we really enjoyed this spa and used it at least once a week with absolutely no problems. However, after performing the semiannual water change last fall, I noticed some leaking. Since we originally bought our spa from Watsons, we called them to service it. That was last Sept (08) and it's still not working because Watson's spa repair person doesn't know what he's doing and Artesian is almost impossible to get parts from. We fired the Watson repair clown and found someone that was trained by Artesian to repair the spa, and he confirmed that Watson's guy was doing some unconventional repairs and techniques. Artesian has been good in that they are honoring the Warrenty, but the new repair person can't get Artesian to send out the parts. I'm trapped in the middle and haven't been able to use my spa for almost one year now while I wait and the time is ticking on my Warrenty. The Piper Glen is a great spa, so long as you don't need service on it. I'm going to try to call Artesian directly and I will update this information and let you know how I did with customer service.
