I have a Neptune model about 18 months old. Previously I had a Morgan spa that was about 19 years old. The new Catalina spa only has one control station, the controls are horrible. The old spa was far better, and I thought all control stations had advanced. The jets and air control hang up and do not work, I have to keep channel lock pliers to turn jets on and off. The pumps seem to work good, however there is so much flow that goes to recirculation they might as well not be on. The heater works good, the shell material seems good. the book appears to be made form a photocopy of a photocopy of a ... you get the point. The cover is falling apart after 18 months.
Bottom line is I can't get in the spa to relax, it turns into an exersize in frustration just trying to set the jets to work. I hate this hot tub.
