Apparently Gulf Coast spas was sold or bought or something that the reps keep telling me for excuses. This company in my opinion has gone from being the top leader for tech support and supplies and service to the worst company I have ever dealt with. They ship wrong parts, insult you over the phone, make all kinds of excuses, make you promises and lie to you. I will NEVER order from them again
