Maybe we got lucky(judging from other comments on here),but our Atlantis spa has been everything we thought it would be and more.My husband and I replaced our 13 year old Hot Spring tub 2 years ago and could not believe the difference in therapy between our old Grandee(I think it had 22 jets) and the Atlantis(50+).We shopped(and wet tested)at least 5 other dealers in our area and not any of them came close to the feel of the atlantis.We did have a problem with one of our speakers,but our dealer(Bobs Spas in York,PA) fixed it within 3 days and have not had a single problem since(knocking on wood as i write this).It sounds to me like the majority of problems are with the local dealers not the manufacturer.Just my 2 cents.
