I purchased a spa from Aries Spa in Rockwall Texas, after a rave review from my brother who purchased one 4 years ago. The sales person was great (Lori) at selling us the spa. We were told that we could come in after the tub was fabricated and sit in the spa and be measured on the placements of the jets. We came in on a Saturday and sat in the tub. Lori measured my neck, shoulders, mid back and buttocks to make sure the jets would hit exactly on the muscle part of the body and not the side "fat" areas. This area would be specifically for me, since I have a neck fusion and shoulder problems. She also measured where my feet would rest when strectched out into the next chair, so the jet would hit my feet perfectly. She specifically touched me and drew the circles for placement with a permanent marker, making the comment that she had to make sure they were exact, and measured multiple times. She made the comment that here tech guys like to just put the jets in straight up and down and spaced out so many inches between. She also measured my husband the same way for his area, which was the lounger. We recieved the spa and my husbands side was exact. My side was not right at all. The jets were so far off they wouldn't even hit my husbands muscles. I'm very disappointed. I was led to believe that they would be custom to my body and they seem to be "standard" sizing. Lori now disbutes that she measured us to fit the jets to our body. Why then is my husbands right, and the jets for my feet, but not my back. I would be careful if you are told they can fit the spa to your body. Buyer beware. We also had problems with the jets falling out after we put water in the tub. In addition, the tub leaked, but since has sealed. The delivery guys did a bad job on setup and messed up our wiring. On top of that, we were scheduled for delivery at 10:00 AM and did not get delivery unitl 2:45 because another delivery came up after ours was scheduled. My advise, be very careful and specific with them.
