Hot Tub and Spa

In Response To: Gulf Coast Spas ()

We bought this spa, installed it, and it leaked..we contacted the company and they took a week to send someone out. That person stated, after we were instructed to remove the unit from its installed location, and put it upside down in our driveway, that he could not find the leak. (Duh, how do you find a leak when there is no water in the tub, and it is upside down on your driveway) So he put back together, and we re-installed it. It has continued to leak approximately an inch every 3 days. Since this is theraputic for our backs, it is used daily.
Being without it, is devastating to our health, so I continued to just add water to it when it got low. Now less than two years since we installed this tub, i get an error code..P 1 E, and guess what...the pump #1 is out..it has been leaking for the entire time this unit has been installed. I am trying to dial the service repair number but nothing happens. no ring, no nothing.
Am guessing, that they are out of business. We will see..
But calling a service repair for hot tub, will pay out what the cost is, then will start a law suit against Gulf Coast.
Anyone intersted in joining this law suit? Maybe collectively something could happen..if its not too late and they are out of business completely.
