Purchased this spa and had it for 6 months now.Nothing but problems.Spa never worked right.Press pump1 on low or high and spa would shut off!?I would set temp to 98 and the next morning display would be froze up with lower temp.Sometimes operation would be fine,but had trouble most of the time.Costomer service is A+++.Sent me new pump and upper display.Same trouble.Sent me a new spa pack.All functions started to work perfectly until the spa heated to 98.I had 3 flashing dots on display and no heat.Water level,filter,and pressure switch good.Now they are sending another spa pack out.I have my fingers crossed.When the spa is working correctly,it is outstanding.Bottom line,service is great,but Product stinks.If I could do it again,I would not have purchased this spa.I may also be one of the rare few with so many problems.
